Fitness has been a part of my everyday life since I was a teenager. No matter where I am in the world, I always incorporate some type of physical activity into my daily routine.

Growing up with three older sisters, I learned at a very early age to be unique, expressing my individuality through fashion and glamour.

I believe that your fashion and style introduces you before you even say a word.

It instantly shares your vibes through your choice of hairstyle, outfits, footwear, and accessories. It’s something that I’ve enjoyed all of my life.

What seemed like work to my 3 older sisters, came effortlessly to me, because I just love dressing up so much! I guess in hindsight, I was subconsciously trying to be authentically myself and knew that the only way to stand out amongst my three older sisters was to share exactly who I was in every way, with the world around me.

I love to inspire healthy living through fitness education. I enjoy the versatility of being a fitness competitor, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor and a mother of 2.

Throughout the years, I’ve met so many lifelong friends in the fitness community. I first started working with a team that created Fitness DVDs sold worldwide. From there I worked mainly as a group fitness instructor teaching large fitness classes and then branched into smaller boot camps and specialized programs for moms and babies, Tae Bo, TRX, Kettlebell and other specific exercise classes. I became more drawn to personal training and nutrition, which is mainly what I focus on teaching now.

My greatest passion is helping others experience and learn to enjoy the glow of good health by bringing awareness and connection to the muscles and the brain. Through exercising the body, mind, soul and nutritionally nourishing the body to optimize their recovery and growth.

I try to vary the ways I stay fit and strong through sports and my own recovery.

Strength training is my biggest mood booster! I aim for 4-5 days a week. I am most happy when I’m feeling strong and being a good role model to my children and clients.

Tennis is a sport that requires a variety of physical attributes: speed, agility, power, endurance, flexibility and strength. I incorporate tennis lessons into my routine twice a week. It’s the most perfect combination of athleticism, artistry, power, style and wit!

While it may seem mellow compared with most of my training programs, YOGA offers health benefits that restore my mind and heal my body preparing me for all of the other forms of exercise. I practice yoga at least twice a week. It truly makes my soul happy and brings balance into my life.

The intense training days can really take a toll on my body, so it’s very important to incorporate my stretch and recovery routine to optimize my performance in the gym and prevent injuries.

The beauty and glamour of FASHION and many ways that I can artistically use my creativity to present myself uniquely to the world is so enticing to me.

As fashions come and go, some things remain the same, integrity, kindness, happiness and inspiring others along the way, never goes out of style!

In a world full of trends, I want to remain a classic • gracefully, professionally and unforgettably.
